Matt had a moment of thinking, I know. I saw them, but he didn't think it so that Mohinder would hear. He'd meant more to the capacity that if by putting all three of them in a situation and environment that Molly already knew from earlier in her life ... well, they'd set themselves up as substitutes even more than they admittedly were. And they needed to keep her going, not remind her of everything that was, even if she would never be denied to explore her past if she wished.

"Simon? Yeah", he confirmed, having gathered enough from Peter to know. He scratched at the back of his neck as they moved out of the cafeteria space after having cleaned and thrown their things away. The room was still only sparsely occupied.
