Panting hard, Mohinder looked through the fringe of his dark curls at one particular spot of unblemished white skin.  He'd traveled with this man for weeks.  He had served up person after poor, innocent person on a plate for him.  Mohinder Suresh was not a stupid man.  Naive, perhaps, but his genius level brain was having trouble coping with what he'd allowed himself to do. 

Was this really helping matters?  Was revenge something that could top research?  As a scientist, he'd learned quite a lot about the ethical code any research had to show to a subject, but when faced with his father's murderer and the killer of at least a dozen relatively innocent men and women, something snapped inside of him.  Was it his heart?  His sanity?  Or did he simply not care anymore?

Mohinder sucked in a breath and aimed the needle.

"This is going to hurt," he growled, accent punctuated and rough.
